Responsibilities
After and Inside Sales Operations Support
Provide exception customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding operations and maintenance of all mattress related products.
Prepare and submit detailed reports outlining service activities, findings, and recommendations for future improvements.
Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance practices to extend the lifespan of their mattress systems.
Work closely with the clients to share knowledge, improve processes, and enhance overall service delivery.
Handling of general customer enquiries and feedback through the various available channels. Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
Receive, collate, disseminate inbound enquiries to facilitate qualification, prospecting, and inclusion as sales in pursuit.
Track and moderate issuance of Sales Quotations to comply with established protocols.
Provides Sales Quotations support for all Mattress sales including but not limited to ad hoc quotations for monthly rental invoices to all hospitals, and maintenance invoices for all service repair requests.
Take ownership of assigned and ad hoc tasks and projects such as but not limited to supporting product demo, events, trials, client, and supplier visits.
Maintain sales data in prevailing platform and disseminate routine reports as required.
Operations Engineering Support
Plans and executes all service tasks including commissioning, unscheduled repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance as assigned.
Troubleshoots and analyses system/ equipment requirements and perform tests and analysis on system components.
Provides technical and engineering assistance to the operational team.
Ensures the quality and functionality of service tasks performed and meet customer requirements and in accordance to job specifications.
Maintains and upkeep all tools and instruments to ensure that they are of acceptable standards to successfully carry out all service tasks.
Ensures that an adequate spare part stock is maintained to ensure quick turn-around time for critical equipment servicing.
Organizes and plans an efficient and effective service workshop with safety as a priority.
Requirements
ITE/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Bio Medical/ Mechanical Engineering/ or other relevant qualifications.
Good knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, will be a plus.
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
A team player and able to work independently under pressure.
Ability to work in across multiple functions and even at inter-company level
Customer service-oriented personality or with experience in providing in-situ customer service. Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
Candidates are required to perform occasional outdoor servicing of equipment at customer’s site (i.e., Hospital settings)
Given that work being done involves certain lifting and moving of items, it will be important that you are physically fit and be willing to be subjected to a reasonable amount of labour work.
On-the-job training will be provided.
5-day work week, 0900hrs – 1800hrs.
