About the role

Sevens Build Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Interior Design Manager to join our team located in the East Region. This full-time role will be responsible for driving sales of our interior design services and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their interior design needs and provide tailored solutions

• Manage the design process from initial consultation to final project delivery, ensuring timely completion and client delight

• Collaborate with the in-house design team to translate client requirements into innovative and functional interior designs

• Oversee the procurement of materials and coordinate with contractors to ensure seamless project execution

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals

• Contribute to the development of the company's interior design offerings and sales strategies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in a similar sales or client-facing role within the interior design industry

• Strong understanding of the latest interior design trends, materials, and construction techniques

• Proficiency in using design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical design concepts into layman's terms

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality projects that exceed client expectations

• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently to drive business growth

• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
