Performing general office admin tasks such as handling phone calls and courier services, logging customer service and support calls, ordering workplace supplies.

- Manage suppliers and procurement for project related activities

- Managing and update company assets register as well as office inventory

- Managing company equipment maintenance services such as aircon, lightings servicing & repair, etc.

- Simple book keeping and service related documentation

- Full Time / 5-days work (1-day WFH Flexi Arrangement)

- Familiar with MS Office

- Able to converse in English and Mandarin

- Training shall be provided for fresh candidate
