Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end coordination and administration of various learning and development initiatives, including onboarding programs, technical skills training, leadership development, and soft skills workshops.
Manage logistics for training sessions, including venue booking (physical and virtual), material preparation, calendar invitations, and participant communications.
Track and report on training attendance, completion rates, and feedback.
Support the research and curation of relevant learning resources and external training providers.
Assist in the development and customization of training materials, presentations, and job aids, ensuring alignment with company branding and learning objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to L&D programs and opportunities.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of L&D initiatives.
Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback from training participants and stakeholders to assess program effectiveness.
Prepare reports on L&D metrics, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support the tracking of L&D budget utilization.
Provide general HR administrative support as needed, particularly during peak periods or for cross-functional initiatives.
Participate in ad-hoc HR projects related to talent management, employee engagement, or HR systems.
Qualifications:
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Min. 3 years of related experience
Strong understanding of L&D principles, methodologies, and best practices.
