Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Handle CPF submissions, IRAS submissions (e.g. IR8A), NS claims, and other government-related contributions and reports.
Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
Manage and update employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries.
Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR database (e.g. HRMS).
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process (e.g. issuing contracts, collecting documents, exit clearance).
Prepare HR-related letters such as employment verification, warning letters, and confirmation letters.
Track and manage employee leave applications, medical certificates, and attendance.
Coordinate staff benefits and insurance enrolment and claims.
