Responsibilities

• Monitor Server and application health

• batch job & monitoring3. backup job & Monitoring

• Escalation and alert notification

• Escort DC visitor

• Support Building management maintenance, E.g. power maintenance, Aircon

• Support security advisories

• Remote monitoring service

• support DR activity

• Support and execute task assign by the Project manager.

• Printing service management. 

• To ensure all the task is completed

• To ensure all the system is well taken care and monitor

• To ensure all back up is executed.to ensure all batch job is executed.
