Working location: Midview City (Nearest MRT: Brighthill)
Working hours: 5 days a week rostered on both weekdays & weekends.
Duration: 1 year renewable.
Salary: $2,550 per month basic + $10 per day shift allowance (for 2pm-11pm shifts) + KPI incentives
Shift A: 7am – 4pm
Shift B: 9am – 6pm
Shift C: 2pm – 11pm SHIFTS ARE ROTATING!
Job scope:
• Answer all open/escalated issues with urgency correspondence from customers, drivers, colleague's families and friends, via call, email or salesforce. (No in-person handling) (within stipulated SLAs) – Average 12 cases per day
• No compliance critical mistakes
• Investigate, review, and complete all unresolved issues from all regulatory
• Monitor and report potential risks such as outages or bugs, non-compliance
Requirements
- Reliable, good attitude, willing to go the extra mile kind of personality and has good command of English
- Min O levels or equivalent
- Handled escalation complaints before
