Job Description:
Oversees the end-to-end operational of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure accurate, timely and compliant transaction processing.
Manage statutory reporting requirements, including quarterly GST filings and preparation for ACAP reviews, ensuring full adherence to regulatory standards.
Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of inter-company transactions across entities within Singapore.
Coordinate month-end closing activities and deliver accurate reports in line with Group reporting timelines.
Liaise with stakeholders where necessary in operational issue.
Provide support, training, mentoring, and development to reporting staffs on an ongoing basis to address more complex issues/ exceptions/ continuous improvement initiatives/ leadership skills.
Other ad hoc projects and analysis that may be delegated.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5-8 years of relevant experience in finance operations of Shared Services environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to knowledge sharing and improvement.
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP); experience in automation or analytics tools is advantageous.
Comfortable in a dynamic environment; able to balance priorities and handle ambiguity.
