The Role:
You will serve as the primary interface between the company and its global clients, ensuring high-quality service across onboarding, customer requests, audits, and commercial operations. A key part of the role involves supporting long-range demand and supply planning—up to 24 months—through close coordination with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams. Your insights will directly influence forecasting accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage new customer onboarding and KYC processes
Handle customer sample requests, documentation, and quality-related queries via Salesforce
Drive forecasting support by gathering and consolidating market, sales, and customer input for demand/supply planning (up to 24 months)
Coordinate audits, customer agreements, and compliance documentation
Process payments, credit notes, and commissions
Manage customer complaints to ensure timely resolution
Deliver commercial reporting and performance analytics
Support debtor management in collaboration with Finance
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commercial, or a related field
Experience in customer service, logistics, or commercial support in an international B2B setting
Strong analytical mindset with experience or interest in demand planning and forecasting
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach
Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or BI tools is a plus
