The Role:
You will serve as the primary interface between the company and its global clients, ensuring high-quality service across onboarding, customer requests, audits, and commercial operations. A key part of the role involves supporting long-range demand and supply planning—up to 24 months—through close coordination with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams. Your insights will directly influence forecasting accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new customer onboarding and KYC processes

• Handle customer sample requests, documentation, and quality-related queries via Salesforce

• Drive forecasting support by gathering and consolidating market, sales, and customer input for demand/supply planning (up to 24 months)

• Coordinate audits, customer agreements, and compliance documentation

• Process payments, credit notes, and commissions

• Manage customer complaints to ensure timely resolution

• Deliver commercial reporting and performance analytics

• Support debtor management in collaboration with Finance

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commercial, or a related field

• Experience in customer service, logistics, or commercial support in an international B2B setting

• Strong analytical mindset with experience or interest in demand planning and forecasting

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach

• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or BI tools is a plus
