IT SUPPORT / SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR - #1102574

Job Summary:

• From $3,500-$5,000 per month

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

• 1 year contract

• Seletar

Job Responsibilities:

• Support  L1/L2 incidents or request raised end user.

• Deploy new computer images as company's standard using SCCM

• Co-ordinate with suppliers on parts replacement or repair activity

• Update all computer asset in CMDB or keep tracking asset in excel as per company's guidelines

• Support network related incident raised

• Support all L1/L2 ticket raised

• Support and troubleshoot printer and label printers

• Installation and deployment of Windows-10 and Windows-11 Operating System

• Installation of PC based software like – Office,Bartender,CodeSoft,etc

• Manage and keep track of all software and hardware assets.

• Keep track of asset allocation to users and shared resource

• Support Conference room and Barco Devices

• Other ad-hoc duties
