About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Executive to join our team at Mewah Group's production facility located in the West Coast West Region of Singapore. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the production process, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and operational targets

2. Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation

3. Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate production activities and address any issues or bottlenecks

4. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations

5. Provide training and support to production staff to enhance their skills and productivity

6. Continuously explore and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

1. Relevant degree or diploma in a technical or engineering field, with a focus on production, manufacturing, or logistics

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or planning role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimise production processes

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

5. Proficient in the use of production management software and data analysis tools

6. Demonstrated experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
