Project Co-ordinator (Insurance, Transformation, West) - #1102442

Location: West

Working Hours: Mon – Thur: 8.30am – 5.15pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: Up to $5,200 per month 

Duration: 6 months contract

Job Description: 

• Handle routine project tasks, coordinate team actions, manage calendars, and ensure deadlines are met

• Act as a liaison between project teams (including product owners) and stakeholders/SMEs. Facilitate clear communication of project progress

• Maintain mandatory management reporting, including risks and issues. Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates to stakeholders

• Set up meetings, record minutes and actions, and oversee delivery processes

• Work closely with project owners, managers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure effective teamwork and execution

• Identify risks and collaborate with business units to mitigate them

Requirements: 

• Diploma or Degree with at least one year of working experience.

• Preferred candidates should have experience handling project-related work in the financial industry.

• Excel at organizing tasks, schedules, and resources. Manage project documents, budgets, and scope statements to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Manage administrative tasks such as setting up meeting schedules, recording minutes and actions, and overseeing the project delivery process.

• Serve as intermediaries between project teams (including product owners) and stakeholders/SMEs. Meet with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure effective communication of project progress throughout its lifecycle.
