Description:

• Salary: $3,000 - $3,500/month

• Job Type: Permanent

• Shifts: 5-Day Work Week, 9 hours per day (44 hours per week)

• Locations: Islandwide (North/South/East/West)

• Training will be given

Job Scope:

• Prepare beverages following standardized recipes while accommodating customer preferences.

• Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure consistent quality in every beverage served.

• Follow prescribed recipes and preparation methods to craft drinks accurately.

• Process customer orders efficiently, handling both cash and electronic payments with accuracy.

• Adhere to operational policies and procedures at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tea barista area, ensuring brewing equipment, utensils, and workstations meet Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocols.

• Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, restock supplies, manage stock deliveries, and communicate inventory needs to management to ensure sufficient stock availability.

Requirement:

• Seeking enthusiastic, responsible, self-driven, and proactive individuals.

• Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry is a plus.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to ensuring seamless operations.
