What you'll be doing

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for the healthcare business unit

• Analyse financial data and provide insightful recommendations to drive business decisions

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and regulations

• Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic initiatives

• Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional development

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounts/ Business or related studies

• 2 - 6 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting within the healthcare industry

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices

• Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

• A team player with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
