DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities, including task allocation and timely task completion.

• Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, and other departments, to align warehouse functions with business objectives.

• Utilize inventory scanning systems, barcoding, and digital tracking tools effectively.

• Identify and propose improvements in warehouse workflows, layout optimization, and productivity enhancements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and workplace safety regulations.

• Demonstrate strong leadership through effective delegation, staff coaching, and discipline.

• Possess sound knowledge of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and associated safety protocols.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock movements, equipment usage, and delivery schedules.

• Ensure proper storage of goods and uphold high standards of warehouse cleanliness and organization.

• Oversee timely packing and stuffing of shipments to meet delivery deadlines.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.

• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS),

• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.

• Experienced in arranging transportation and equipment bookings with service providers.

• Proven ability to lead a team effectively and resolve operational challenges.

• Understanding of warehouse safety standards and regulatory compliance.

• Hands-on experience in key warehouse functions including receiving, storing, picking, packing, dispatching, and inventory control.

• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

• Possession of relevant certifications such as WSQ – Warehouse Operations, Forklift Safety, or supervisory training is advantageous.

• Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are preferred
