Responsibilities:
Strategic Counsel & Collaboration
Shape frameworks that align volunteerism with philanthropy and communications goals.
Drive stakeholder and volunteer mapping.
Coordinate with service leads (Medical, Senior, Psychiatric, Autism) to co-design and/or support integrated initiatives.
Support the development of systems and dashboards for volunteer, donor, and community tracking.
Volunteer & Partnership Development
Design and implement meaningful volunteer programs aligned to SACH’s care model.
Grow networks and work with schools, faith-based groups, grassroots, corporates, and NGOs.
Align volunteer efforts with donor and philanthropy initiatives for shared impact.
Governance & Policy Shaping
Maintain governance frameworks and SOPs for volunteer engagement.
Lead the creation of a volunteer management system to track involvement and performance.
Formulate volunteer policies in alignment with organisational priorities and audit readiness.
Communications & Advocacy
Drive campaigns and narratives that promote inclusive volunteerism and community involvement.
Collaborate with the Comms team to produce content for digital, social media, and mainstream channels.
Document and showcase stories of impact to inspire support and participation.
Resource Planning & Data Management
Identify training and development pathways for volunteers and staff involved in community work.
Manage and analyse data to report outcomes and inform decision-making.
Ensure effective deployment of volunteer and partner resources across programmes.
Requirements:
min Bachelor’s degree, in any discipline
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in community relations, volunteer management and communications, preferably from a healthcare and /or VWO institution.
Able to design systems and frameworks with clarity and foresight.
Skilled in storytelling, digital communications, and social media content.
Confident in using data for reporting, analysis, and programme improvement.
Able to support on ad hoc weekends for company events or initiatives
