Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Cleaner cum Cook to join our childcare centre team. This important role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for children and staff, as well as preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks in line with dietary and food safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and food preparation, preferably in a childcare or similar setting, and take pride in creating a welcoming and healthy space.

Key Responsibilities:

General Cleaning and Cooking Duties:

• Support with cleaning of common areas, kitchen, and children’s dining spaces

• Prepare nutritious meals for infants and snacks for children across age groups.

• Ensure cleanliness of utensils, kitchenware, and food preparation surfaces

• Dispose of waste properly and maintain overall hygiene

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cooking, preferably in a childcare or school setting

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage

• Able to perform basic cleaning duties

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently

• Able to communicate in basic English

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
