Job Description:

• Managed project execution to meet defined objectives within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.

• Interpreted technical drawings and specifications to guide on-site construction activities.

• Ensured compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements throughout project phases.

• Coordinated Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services and prepared CSD/SEM drawings for authority submissions.

• Oversaw integration of Civil, Architectural, and M&E works in collaboration with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Planned, developed, and tracked work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.

• Prepared regular progress reports for clients and project managers, highlighting delays, defects, and corrective actions.

• Provided technical support and resolved M&E-related issues promptly and effectively.

• Monitored M&E work progress and organized site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.

• Enforced strict adherence to workplace safety and health regulations, targeting zero-accident performance.

• Maintained high standards of site safety, cleanliness, and organization.

Job Requirement:

• Min. 5 yrs of utilities coordination and management

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
