Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of the company’s products through thorough quality assurance processes.

• Conduct quality checks based on a two-stage sampling plan:

  • Incoming Inspection – Verify the quality of materials or components received.

  • Outgoing Inspection – Inspect finished products before delivery.

• Address quality-related issues reported by other departments to prevent disruptions in production, and promptly inform the QA Engineer of any significant problems.

• Perform visual inspections based on the sampling plan, checking for part revisions, rolling orientation, cosmetic appearance, and test confirmations.

• Maintain product quality standards by adhering to the approved sampling plan before shipment to customers.

• Prepare certification documents such as Certificates of Conformance (CoC) and Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and submit them to the QA Engineer for approval prior to customer delivery.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field within the industry.

• Communication skills.

• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.

• A reliable team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Committed to upholding the company’s quality standards.
