Computer System Administrator:
- Provide day-to-day support for end-users
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain software and associated hardware, in accordance with technical specifications
- Investigate, trouble-shoot, and resolve POS or IT related problems
- Provide advice and support to all onsite / offsite events
- Update and manage the store inventory system and ensure the accuracy and updated information
- Ensure IT security for servers and computer systems for the Company
- Any other projects and duties as and when assigned by the Company
Admin Support:
- Provide day-to-day support for backend office
- Update and manage the store inventory system and ensure the accuracy and updated information
