Responsibilities:

• Managed the project lifecycle from BOM creation in SAP B1 to overseeing commissioning and handling after-sales enquiries.
• Provided technical field assistance in maintenance, installation, operation, and start-up for all equipment; prepared customer field reports after each trip.
• Assisted customer service and the sales team by providing technical and process information for after-market sales.
• Coordinated with customer service and the purchasing department for after-market sales and delivery.
• Regularly visited prospects, customers, and agents to provide technical advice and generate sales opportunities.
• Maintained and analyzed records of opportunities, quotes, and contacts, and took appropriate actions based on them.
• Performed any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• No experience candidate are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable with overseas travel as required.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred), Excel, and CAD (AutoCAD & Inventor preferred).
• Customer service, sales support, or project management experience is a plus.
