Job Scope:

• Install, set up, and service robotic systems at customer locations.

• Do regular maintenance and help fix mechanical, electrical, or control problems.

• Adjust and calibrate robotic systems to make sure they work properly.

• Writing service reports, maintenance records, and note customer feedback on time.

• Identify needed spare parts and help manage tools and equipment stock.

• Follow safety rules and company standards during all service work.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Entry level is welcome to apply, training is provided.

• Relevant experience in servicing or maintaining robotic or automation equipment with hands-on skills welcome to apply

• Hands-on experience in machine assembly, troubleshooting, and repair

• Willing to travel locally or overseas for onsite support or installation jobs

• Possess Class 3 driving license is a plus.
