Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive drawing packages for submission to clients, consultants, and building management, including 3D visuals and renderings, layout and floor plans, detailed elevations and construction drawings, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), M&E coordination layouts and material/ finish presentation boards

• Conduct on-site measurements and attend meetings with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders

• Coordinate on-site activities and maintain clear communication with subcontractors and vendors

• Source and evaluate quotes and material samples from suppliers and vendors to support design intent

• Ensure all deliverables comply with project timelines, quality standards, and design specifications

• Support project management tasks and oversee on-site design implementation as needed

Requirements:

• Proficient in design software including AutoCAD (essential), 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in interior design, with a strong focus on retail and commercial projects

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in taking initiative
