Production Engineer - #1102144

Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing and autonomous robotics manufacturing to ensure smooth operations & production, resolving technical issues, quality control, cost-effectiveness and improving yield.

• Salary up to $5200

• Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

• Location: Tampines (Nearby IKEA)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth execution and adherence to production schedules.

• Identify potential EHS risks in the production processes, areas and develop, propose and drive for implementation of mitigation strategies.

• Develop and implement standardized work procedures, manufacturing best practices, and operational workflows.

• Identify and reduce bottlenecks, downtime, and inefficiencies in the production line and implement Lean methodologies such as 5S, and Kaizen to enhance productivity.

• Provide technical support for production issues, including mechanical, electrical, and process-related challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)

• Preferably 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering, preferably in robotics, electronics, or automation industries.

• Familiarity with robotics assembly, mechatronics, and precision manufacturing techniques
