Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of research reports (e.g., gathering relevant information, processing statistical data, creating graphs, etc.)
• Providing administrative support for outsourced research projects and business trips (e.g., preparing internal approval documents, etc.)
• Assisting with accounting tasks (e.g., preparing internal approval documents, checking expenditure status, etc.)
• Supporting coordination for meetings and business trips with companies (e.g., arranging appointments, coordinating venues, etc.)

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
• Proficiency in PC skills (Excel / Word / PowerPoint, ZOOM / Teams)
