Office Administrative cum Accounts Assistant
Key Responsibilities: -
Checking, verifying, and processing staff expense claims and reimbursements
Reviewing and verifying corporate credit card transactions
Managing petty cash, including disbursement and posting of transactions into accounting software
Handling monthly closing for a small set of accounts
Liaising with external parties such as the company secretary, bankers, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders on finance and account-related matters
Performing general office administrative duties, including ordering office supplies and pantry items
Providing assistance on ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements: -
Diploma in accounting or business-related study
At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative and accounting support
Meticulous, well-organized, and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
