Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic growth plans for Singapore and the APAC region, targeting retail, institutional clients, IBs, and white-label partners.
Sales & Client Acquisition: Achieve sales KPIs including new accounts, deposit volumes, and trading activity; present business proposals and support end-to-end onboarding.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and SMEs; provide product and platform support.
Brand & Business Promotion: Represent the company at financial expos and events; collaborate with marketing on localized campaigns and digital outreach.
Data & Reporting: Analyze market trends and client feedback; prepare reports, forecasts, and insights for leadership.
Regulatory Compliance: Operate within MAS regulations and ensure business practices align with SFA and FAA requirements.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields. CFA, FRM, or CMFAS Modules (1A/1B, 6A) are a plus.
Experience: 3–7 years in CFD, forex, or brokerage business development, preferably with regional exposure (e.g., HK, MY, AU).
Product & Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of CFDs (forex, indices, stocks, commodities), Singapore/APAC investment trends, and MAS regulatory framework.
Tech Proficiency: Familiar with MT4/MT5, cTrader, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn).
Compliance Awareness: Deep understanding of MAS regulations, KYC/AML/CFT requirements, and ability to communicate trading risks clearly.
Sales & Negotiation: Fluent in English; Mandarin or other Asian languages to liaise with cross-border clients.

Work Hours: Full-time with flexibility
Travel: Occasional business travel within APAC.

Salary: SGD 5000 - 12000 plus commission (typically 30–50% of total income).
