BIM Manager - #1102003

Job Description:

• Lead a team of structural archi coordinators/BIM modellers.

• Lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies.

• Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements and timely deliveries.

• Liaise with Project Manager on BIM/VDC implementation based on Project Needs and Requirement.

• Prepare, execute and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

• Be familiar and keep updated with planning and building regulations and all authorities' requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction / MEP or equivalent.

• Min 5 years’ experience in the management of information management process, including setup and management of the CDE and interaction with the BIM Authoring Tool.

• Strong management experience in related BIM with strong technical knowledge and modelling skill

• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people and possess strong leadership quality and high initiative character.
