Responsibilities:
• Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production and operational processes in compliance with food safety and GMP requirements.
• Work closely with production, QA, and warehouse teams to ensure consistent implementation of SOPs on the floor.
• Monitor operational activities to ensure adherence to established procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular checks and walk-throughs on the production floor to ensure process compliance and operational readiness.
• Support internal audits, assist in closing non-conformities, and track corrective/preventive actions.
• Assist in coordinating staff training on SOPs and operational workflows.
• Ensure availability and control of production-related supplies and sampling tools.
• Assist in documentation control and ensure all operational records are accurate and up to date.
• Liaise with the QA team to support GMP inspections, packaging checks, and facility compliance.
Requirements:
• Familiarity of GMP, FSSC 22000, Halal Certification.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, techniques, and technologies.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to manage both external and internal auditors effectively.
• Independent and fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday : 08:00 – 17:00
Saturday : 08:00 – 12:00
Sunday : Off
