Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow market presence.
Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise-level clients.
Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective customers.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
Provide market and customer insights to marketing and product teams to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through ongoing engagement and support.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and technical departments.
Share insights on local market demands to support product localization and enhancement.
Responsible for achieving individual annual sales targets as set by management.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the software industry, preferably in office solutions or SaaS/PaaS.
Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and expanding client portfolios.
Solid understanding of the Southeast Asian market, especially Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of software sales cycles and licensing models.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and able to excel in a competitive environment.
Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus (to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and partners).
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving market.
Excellent interpersonal skills with sensitivity to diverse cultures and business practices.
