Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow market presence.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise-level clients.

  • Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective customers.

  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.

  • Provide market and customer insights to marketing and product teams to inform strategic decisions.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through ongoing engagement and support.

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and technical departments.

  • Share insights on local market demands to support product localization and enhancement.

  • Responsible for achieving individual annual sales targets as set by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the software industry, preferably in office solutions or SaaS/PaaS.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and expanding client portfolios.

  • Solid understanding of the Southeast Asian market, especially Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • In-depth knowledge of software sales cycles and licensing models.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and able to excel in a competitive environment.

  • Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus (to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and partners).

  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving market.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with sensitivity to diverse cultures and business practices.
