Job Description:

1. Responsible for the operation data monitoring of Xiaomi's local logistics business including large home appliance storage and distribution system, analyze and formulate improvement plans for service providers with abnormal operations, and improve the operation quality of service providers.

2. Responsible for Xiaomi SG warehouse and transport business,including B2B/B2C/new retail

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. At least 3 years of experience in logistics business, familiar with warehouse planning and operation management, those with experience in large appliance industry logistics are preferred

3. Good customer service awareness, strong communication skills, strong ability to work under pressure

4. English can be used as a daily working language, those who know Chinese are preferred

5. Good data analysis and logical thinking skills
