• Basic salary up to $ 6,000 + VB

• Monday to Friday: 8.00AM to 5.00PM

• Location: Central

Responsibilities:

• Assist the M&E Manager in overseeing and coordinating M&E-related tasks on-site.

• Monitor site progress and ensure the installation quality aligns with approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions, and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedules for timely project completion.

• Manage the coordination of M&E drawings and ensure the quality of CSD and individual service drawings.

• Conduct QA/QC inspections, manage RE and RTO processes, and ensure QA/QC inspections are cleared to meet the construction schedule.

• Oversee the collection of variation order costs, verify the costs of VO works, and provide recommendations for VO pricing.

• Evaluate and confirm completed work and material supply quantities for M&E subcontractor/NSC vendor progress payments, including instructing the preparation of progress substantiation documents by subcontractors and vendors.

• Attend daily site coordination meetings and provide detailed coordination with subcontractors.
   

Additional Information:

• At least 2 years of experience in coordinating and supervising M&E services and/or building-related projects.

• Proficiency in BIM and AutoCAD is advantageous.
