The Role

A confidential leadership opportunity exists for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the full suite of finance functions across the group. This includes managing accounting, treasury, and financial operations across multiple regional entities.

The CFO will report directly to the Executive Director and serve as a key member of leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive group-level financial strategy, budgeting, and long-term planning across Southeast Asia and the Middle East

• Lead and oversee group accounting and treasury functions, including cash flow, FX, and banking relationships

• Ensure robust internal controls, statutory compliance, and timely consolidated reporting

• Provide commercial finance support to project and operations teams across markets

• Lead a regional finance team across multiple locations

• Engage with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory bodies

• Support M&A activity, project financing, and capital management as required

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CA/CPA preferred

• Minimum 15 years of finance leadership, with regional exposure

• Prior experience in EPC, oil & gas, construction, or capital project industries

• Strong working knowledge of project accounting, treasury, and cross-border compliance

• Proven ability to lead teams across jurisdictions and influence C-level stakeholders

• Comfortable in both strategic and hands-on financial leadership roles
