Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis for the Group

• Provide effective analysis of monthly Group results (P&L & Balance Sheet) against budget and previous year, including reporting on business performance metrics

• Monitor and analyse current and past trends in financial performance at Group and asset level and key performance indicators including revenue, EBIT and cashflow

• Drive quarterly cashflow projections, rolling forecasts, estimates and budget preparation and analysis reports for reporting to senior management and directors, including underlying key assumptions/drivers and trend analysis.

• Review of the Group's monthly forecast submissions from various business units and provide insightful assessment on the forecast reasonableness.

• Drive corporate deliverables for management reporting submissions from business units

• Work closely with finance team supporting the business units on performance analysis.

• Prepare parameters of key performance indicators (KPIs) for CEO & HODs for measurement and evaluation

• Assist in preparation of annual report

• Undertake finance-related projects on process improvements and automatiion as required

• Support financial reporting requirements and adhoc projects as required

• Support the Group CFO in any administrative and strategic tasks

Job Requirements:

• Preferably someone with CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA

• Min 8 years of finance, ideally in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Financial Analysis

• Has experience with Financial Statements and Forecasting and Budgeting
