Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
2. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data and insights to optimize strategies and achieve desired results.
3. Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating and curating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring audience engagement.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling marketing content, such as blog articles, website copy, and promotional materials.
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
6. Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
7. Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing technologies and platforms, and make recommendations for their implementation to drive business objectives.
8. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and initiatives, both online and offline.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
10. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to digital marketing and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Experience with social media management, email marketing platforms, content management systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising is a plus.
