Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute end-to-end mass hiring recruitment activities, which includes selection of candidates, offer and documentation
Enable timely recruitment through setup and management of hiring schedule against target onboarding requirement
Develop and execute recruitment marketing activities for the attraction of applicants
Guide and manage outsourced support staff on execution of select recruitment activities
Management, execution and facilitation of interview sessions
Utilize Application Tracking System and related applications for management of candidate progress and status
Ensure accuracy of information captured
Ensure timely update to internal stakeholders through regular communication which includes standard update platforms to leadership
Ensure excellent candidate experience through timely communication and support
Ensure compliance with PDPA, legal, safety, and organizational standards
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in high-volume or mass recruitment with uniformed services or government agencies will be advantageous
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, particularly in emergency services or public safety
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
Proficiency with SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital recruitment tools will be advantage
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
Working Hours / Location
Mon – Thu, 8.30am – 6pm ; Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm
