Senior Procurement Manager (Chemical), $12K - #1101982

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Procurement, or related field.

• At least 7–10 years of experience in strategic procurement

• Knowledge in adhesive raw material is an advantageous

• Exposure in raw materials or chemicals essential

• Proven experience managing suppliers in high-tech, IP-sensitive environment

• Strong negotiation skills, especially in high-risk or monopolistic supplier scenarios.

• Experience in contract design for risk mitigation and compliance.

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Technical-commercial mindset with the ability to challenge R&D and BU requirements constructively

• Experience in innovation-driven procurement and early-stage technology scouting.

• Familiarity with sustainability and compliance frameworks in procurement.
