Personal Chef

Job Summary:

·       Basic Salary : $7000 - $9000

·       Working Location: Sentosa

·       Working Days: 5-6 working days

·       Working Hours: As per request

Job Description

·       Designed & executed bespoke daily menus for principals and guests, accommodating strict dietary needs (allergies, keto, vegan) and cultural preferences.

·       Prepared gourmet meals across global cuisines with impeccable presentation, utilizing advanced techniques (sous-vide, plating) for private dining.

·       Sourced premium, seasonal ingredients from specialty suppliers, farmers' markets, and international vendors to ensure exceptional quality.

·       Maintained absolute discretion & confidentiality while working within high-security residences and during high-profile events.

·       Managed kitchen inventory, budget, and equipment for private estates, including luxury appliance maintenance and sustainability practices.

·       Implemented rigorous food safety/HACCP protocols, ensuring compliance with health standards for allergy-sensitive environments.

·       Coordinated seamlessly with household staff (butlers, event planners) for seamless service during formal dinners and entertainment.

·       Traveled domestically/internationally with principals to provide consistent culinary service in residences, yachts, or temporary locations.

Requirements

·       3-5 years experience as Personal Chef will be advantageous

·       5-10 years of experience as Chef preferably in fine dining environments

·       Prior experience cooking for high profiles VIP will be advantageous

·       Strong knowledge in healthy diet and nutritious
