Job Description

• Track and monitor the status of purchase orders (POs) from issuance to final delivery.

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely manufacturing, inspection, documentation submission, and dispatch of goods.

• Maintain detailed reports and trackers, highlighting potential delays or bottlenecks in the supply chain.

• Work closely with project and procurement teams to align material readiness with project milestones and site requirements.

• Escalate critical issues related to vendor delays or documentation hold-ups and follow through on resolutions.

• Coordinate readiness of goods for shipment in collaboration with logistics and freight forwarding teams.

• Support project schedule compliance by minimizing material readiness delays.

Requirements

• Fresh Diploma Graduates from Singapore institutions with focus in Supply Chain Management or Logistics

• Prefer Singapore citizens or Singapore permanent residents

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in using MS Office
