Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand existing customer accounts to drive business growth.
• Monitor market trends and gather competitive intelligence.
• Conduct market research and analyze business environment, sales trends, and performance metrics.
• Respond to sales enquiries and provide support for sales and site-related matters.
• Visit customers at their workplace to present products and deliver technical information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups and regular visits.
• Enhance product and brand visibility in the market.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and apply solution-based selling approaches.
• Schedule and conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain engagement.
• Carry out other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

[Must]

• 1 year of sales experience in the Manufacturing or Engineering field
• Motivated individuals with strong initiative towards problem solving
• Strong drive to achieve business objectives & to develop the domestic market
• Develop necessary product knowledge
• Very good communication skill with customers

[Advantage]

• 2 years and above experience in the relevant industry
• Sales experience in Factory Automation industry, Semiconductor or Semiconductor Machinery
