ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Marketing Executive to support the daily operations and marketing efforts at our centres. This hybrid role combines backend administrative work, marketing coordination, and occasional instructional support. The ideal candidate should be organised, creative, and comfortable in a dynamic educational setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Centre Administration & Operations

  • Assist  daily administrative tasks including data entry, billing support, record-keeping, and inventory tracking

  • Support  backend processes for payments and reconciliation

  • Assist in maintaining accurate student records and internal databases

  • Provide general support to ensure the smooth running of centre operations

Marketing & Communications

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives across digital and physical channels

  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms and email newsletters

  • Design simple graphics and marketing materials using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop

  • Coordinate promotional events, outreach efforts, and parent communication

  • Coordinating and liaising with external social media advisors

Instructional Support (Adhoc basis)

  • Provide lesson coverage or support when required

  • Assist in curriculum preparation and help organise teaching materials

  • Support curriculum development initiatives where needed

  • Training will be provided for all instructional-related tasks

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in administrative tools (e.g., Google Sheets, internal systems)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic graphic design knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop) is an advantage

  • Creative mindset with an eye for visuals and marketing content

  • Willingness to travel between Forum and Katong centres

  • Comfortable interacting with parents and children when necessary

  • Prior experience in admin, education, or marketing is a plus

  • Proficiency or experience with social media advertising, particularly on platforms like Google and Facebook
