HomeTeamNS is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll lead marketing initiatives for our vibrant clubhouses, drive footfall, and enhance our brand presence.
Job Responsibilities
Clubhouse Engagement & Content Creation:
• Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to drive attendance at clubhouse events and increase footfall.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, and maintain a marketing calendar. Coordinate timelines, and deliverables for all clubhouse marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Maintain a strong brand and tenant presence within the clubhouse through effective onsite marketing.
Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management:
• Develop and execute integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns for HomeTeamNS initiatives.
• Manage the marketing for the HomeTeamNS Rewards+ loyalty program, fostering member engagement.
• Collaborate with clubhouse tenants on campaigns, promotional activities and partnerships. Foster deeper relationship and collaboration with tenants.
• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights for optimisation.
Leadership & Team Collaboration:
• Lead and mentor other clubhouse marketing executives ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Develop marketing strategies that attract business clients for the clubhouse MICE and Corporate Sales and leverage marketing insights to improve outreach and conversion rates for corporate sales
• Provide ad-hoc support for events and other marketing initiatives as needed.
Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities:
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Handle procurement processes for marketing-related services, including vendor management and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, approvals, and documentation processes for all marketing activities.
• Maintain and organize marketing data, reports, and key performance metrics for leadership review.
• Oversee marketing inventory, including promotional materials and clubhouse branding assets.
• Perform the Duty Officer role of the Clubhouse (Once a month on one weekend)
Job Requirements
• Min. Diploma in Marketing/Communications, or equivalent qualification
• Min. 2 years’ experience in marketing, campaign planning or similar field
• Good understanding of best practices for digital content including editorial, multimedia, video content creation and production for digital platforms. Well-versed in traditional media application and execution. Experience in designing marketing assets and/or video editing will be an added advantage.
• Able to work at the conceptual level for programmes and campaigns
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva for social media content creation. Knowledge in Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) will be an added advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communications skills – both written and spoken.
