Staff Nurse - Senior Care Centre - #1101814

Job Description:

• Key person in setting up and upkeep of clinical/medical protocols pertaining to client needs, from onboarding to discharging.

• Assessment for new case referrals and reassessment of existing clients.

• Lead a team of Healthcare Assistants and oversee the nursing care, standards and operations across our daycare centres.

• Working closely with other healthcare professionals on planning client ICP, care and safety in the daycare centre.

• Respond to emergencies, and conduct investigations on incidents and preventive actions.

• Working with the centre management on ensuring the upkeep of clinical equipment and supplies.

• Assist to plan and take part in the centre’s activities.

• Any other adhoc tasks assigned by Centre Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

• Must be a Fully Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board with a clean disciplinary record.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT would be ideal.

• As you will be working as a team, some weekends including public holidays may be required.
