About the role

S&P SYSTEM SERVICES PTE LTD' is seeking a talented BIM Modeller / Drafter to join our dynamic team. As a BIM Modeller / Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the creation and maintenance of Building Information Models (BIM) for a variety of engineering projects based in the North Region. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects.

What you'll be doing

• Create and maintain detailed Building Information Models (BIM) using industry-standard software such as Revit
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM models accurately reflect project design and specifications
• Perform coordination and clash detection tasks to identify and resolve design conflicts
• Provide technical support and training to project team members on the use of BIM technology
• Assist in the preparation of construction drawings, schedules, and other project documentation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM software, tools, and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a BIM Modeller or Drafter role, preferably in the engineering industry
• Proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit and other BIM software
• Strong understanding of engineering design principles, construction processes, and project documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices
