Facility Engineer - #1101726

Basic Salary : $4500 - $5500 (Depends On Experience) + VB

Mon -Fri / 8am - 5.30pm

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Manage plant upgrade and expansion projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and within the approved budget.

• Ensure all project activities comply with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors in carrying out maintenance and facility-related tasks.

• Oversee preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and general upkeep of buildings and grounds.

• Ensure maintenance activities are performed with minimal disruption to plant operations.

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and service quality standards.

• Monitor utility consumption and analyze capacity usage regularly.

• Plan and coordinate future utility and facility expansions to meet growing operational demands.

• Set clear goals for the department and track progress to ensure targets are met.

• Ensure that all critical systems are designed, built, and operated according to regulatory standards, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Develop and implement lean energy programs aimed at reducing consumption and improving energy efficiency.

• Promote and ensure adherence to environmental and workplace safety procedures and regulations.

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Min 3 years of relevant working experience

• Min Diploma in Facility Engineering or Project Management

• Knowledge in Compressed Air Systems, Clean Room System, Air Condition Systems or other plant facilities equipment maintenance

• Operating knowledge in a manufacturing environment
