Assistant Operations Manager (Carpark Operations) - #1101699

Responsibilities:

• Assisting to oversee and provides management for car park operations in a 24/7 working environment.

• Preparing & updating of all carpark processes & operation reports

• Submitting proposals to customers and internal management on operational improvements

• Ensure fulfilment of Project Key Performance Indicator and Service Standards as meted by the Company and customer

• Formulate and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operations management.

• Ensure and enforce safety practices for the project.

• Ensure adequate manpower to provide daily operations runs smoothly

• Liaise closely with customer and agencies involving the project.

Requirements:

• Min qualifications diploma/degree

• Experienced in Carpark management is an added advantage

• Good team player

• Good writing and problem-solving skills

• Ability to effectively communicate

• Able to work independently

• Familiar with MS office tools
