Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or walk-in channels.
Perform troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and peripherals to resolve hardware and software-related issues.
Provide high-quality, professional customer support, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication at every step.
Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests in the designated IT service management (ITSM) system.
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant Level 2/3 support teams with clear documentation.
Ensure all service desk operations comply with security protocols and data protection standards.
Work collaboratively within a rotating shift system, including weekends and public holidays, to maintain continuous IT support coverage.
Maintain service quality in alignment with targets, user satisfaction, and compliance standards.
Proficient in laptop/desktop troubleshooting (hardware, software, OS, connectivity).
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills, with a calm and professional demeanor.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a shift-based environment.
Rotating Shift: 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM (As assigned)
Coverage: Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays
Minimum 2 years of service desk experience in a technical support environment.
