Job Overview We are seeking an experienced L2 Outgoing Engineer to join an IT operations team supporting critical systems in a fast-paced environment. The role involves managing outgoing hardware requests, supporting infrastructure, and handling L2 troubleshooting tasks. Ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on IT support and operational fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to ensure availability and performance
  
  
• Handle outgoing device coordination, dispatch, and user support
  
  
• Perform L2 troubleshooting on hardware (PCs, printers, network equipment)
  
  
• Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks
  
  
• Support deployment and configuration of IT devices
  
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset inventory
  
  
• Work with engineers and vendors to resolve technical issues
  
  
• Follow SOPs and support operational improvements
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  
  
• Minimum 1–2 years of IT support or field service experience preferred
  
  
• Knowledge of troubleshooting basic IT hardware and networking issues
  
  
• Able to work on 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  
  
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
  
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills
  
  
• Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage
