Role Description:
Provide excellent HR service in responding to enquires to drive on-time and practical solutions.
Support the execution of all HR processes including employee hiring, on-boarding and off-boarding.
Maintain quality data management of employee records in the HRIS and personal files.
Verification of Time Management System records of all employees.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absence by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations when needed.
Work pass administration and ensure that all Company and employee information are updated accurately with MOM.
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations. and compliance of local Employment Acts, Tripartite Guidelines, regulatory rulings and related laws.
Work with HR Partners on recruitment planning and timely manpower fulfilment.
Drive a successful on-boarding process for all new hires.
Prepares HR analytics reports.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor degree.
Direct high volume recruitment experience.
Experience with Time Management System and Payroll.
Proficient in Excel, especially in Pivot Table and V-Lookup.
Strong in data analytics.
Strong knowledge of employment regulations.
High initiative, independent and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Hands-on that is proactive, driven and resourceful.
