Our client, a well-established multi-national organization, is seeking an Solution Manager  (Oracle NetSuite) to take full ownership of their ERP ecosystem across the APAC region.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role — perfect for someone who thrives on improving business systems, leading regional rollouts, and working cross-functionally 

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the Oracle NetSuite platform across APAC — including configuration, enhancement, and stakeholder support.
• Lead and coordinate projects from implementation to business-as-usual (BAU).
• Partner closely with business leaders to align ERP capabilities with operational needs.
• Oversee the integration of ERP with other enterprise systems .
• Act as the primary liaison between global IT teams, vendors, and local users.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in ERP application management
• MUST HAVE: Proven success in deploying Oracle NetSuite platforms at a regional level
• Strong work experience with Oracle NetSuite, both functional, technical and integration aspects.
• Ability to lead system initiatives across multiple countries in APAC, including China.
• Currently based in China or Jakarta, Indoneisa
